About Us

We’re James and Keona Prokop, the husband-and-wife duo behind The Duck Cottage, a five-acre, small-scale flower farm. We met in 2020 and are now married with a son. We wanted to start a family in the country to spend time outdoors, grow food in our garden, raise animals, and slow our life down. We purchased The Duck Cottage in 2024 and have been thoughtfully renovating it into our dream home ever since.
